• Counseling Relationship: Professional counseling is provided by independent contractors. FertileRock facilitates the connection but is not responsible for the specific clinical advice given by individual counselors.

2. Community Conduct (The "Garden Rules")

To keep our community a "safe space," you agree to:

• Nurture, Don't Harm: No bullying, harassment, hate speech, or shaming. We are a family that cares for how others feel.

• Respect the Faith: While we welcome everyone, this is a faith-based environment. Please remain respectful of the spiritual nature of the community.

• Authenticity: You may use a nickname for privacy, but you may not impersonate others or create "bot" accounts to disrupt the peace.

3. Your Content (The "Seeds You Sow")

• Ownership: You own the rights to the pictures, thoughts, and journals you post.

• License to Use: By posting to the public "Community Feed," you grant FertileRock a license to display that content to other users in your circle.

• Privacy of Roots: Private messages and journals are not considered public content and are protected under our Privacy Policy.

4. Account Security

You are the "Gatekeeper" of your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized "entry" into your private space.

5. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to "prune" or remove accounts that:

• Violate these terms or harm the safety of the community.

• Use the platform for illegal activities or unauthorized commercial solicitation (spam).

6. Limitation of Liability

FertileRock provides this platform "as is." While we strive for the highest quality of care and uptime:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or emotional damages resulting from your use of the app.

• We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FertileRock is registered. Any disputes will be handled through mediation before moving to legal proceedings.
