At FertileRock, we want every member of our community to feel supported. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and rooted in mutual respect.
The First 7 Days: If you are a new member and feel that FertileRock is not the right fit for your journey, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription.
Renewal Charges: Subscriptions are set to auto-renew to ensure your support is uninterrupted. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations, but you will retain full access to the community and your counselor until the end of your current billing cycle.
Missed Sessions: If you miss a scheduled 1-on-1 session without 24-hour notice, that session is typically non-refundable as our counselors have dedicated that time specifically to you.
Technical Issues: If a session is interrupted or cannot occur due to a glitch on the FertileRock Platform, we will either credit your account for a future session or issue a full refund for that specific appointment.
We recognize that life is unpredictable. If you are experiencing extreme financial hardship or a personal emergency that prevents you from using our services, please reach out to our Care Team at help@fertilerock.com. We review these "grace" cases individually with prayerful consideration.

Log in to your account.
Navigate to Settings > Billing.
Select "Request Support" or email us directly with the subject " Refund Request " followed with your account details.
You can expect a response from a human member of our team within 2 business days.
